Paidi ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Paidi mobile app ("the App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account & Usage Data. The App creates a user profile identified by a device-generated ID so your saved trips, credit balance, and history follow you across reinstalls. We do not require your name, phone number, or email address to use the App.

Saved Trips & Itineraries. When you generate or save a trip plan, the destination, dates, and itinerary content are stored on our servers so the App can display them later.

To provide features, we work with the following third parties. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy:

• Agoda & Klook — affiliate links. When you tap a booking button, you leave the App and visit their sites; your activity there is governed by their privacy policies.
• Google Firebase — authentication, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Google AdMob — advertising, if enabled.

We retain your account data (credits, saved trips, usage history) for as long as your device ID remains active. Logs related to AI generation are retained for up to 30 days for monitoring and troubleshooting. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us below.

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS. API access is protected by authentication secrets, and AI keys never ship inside the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time.
• You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
• On supported devices you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
